Throwback to my time up North in Thunder Bay, Ontario. At the time flying this airplane with 19 passengers was the biggest career advancement of my life. I couldn’t believe they let me fly this “huge” airplane. Super grateful for the experience.
Funny, now the fully loaded weight of the Metroliner 3 (airplane with all passengers and fuel) is equivalent to the fuel left in the tanks on landing after a long flight in the Boeing 767.
As time moves on and life gives you bigger opportunities, it’s good to pause and reflect on how far you’ve come.
As the old saying goes. “I may not be where I want to be, but thank God I’m not where I used to be.”
